the room was very clean and i was charmed by the upgrade i received. the experience was definitely above expectations and i'd happily return. the staff offered helpful guidance for navigating the area.
the room felt smaller than it was in the photos online, limiting movement in the bathroom.

There is a bus stop quite close to the hotel. This provides easy access to different locations. it's roughly a thirty minute walk from the hotel to tower bridge a detail i really appreciated.

an adequate stay with some hiccups

the staff were helpful enough i guess.
the room seemed dated i noticed some broken borders plus stained walls the hot water situation in the sink was a joke it just didn't work so i didn't bother complaining about that for just two nights the bedding was odd it was wrapped too tightly.

the staff seemed nice enough.
My room faced the street, and the noise was awful. It made sleep difficult. there was no wardrobe in the room. I had to live out of my suitcase. the surrounding area didn't feel particularly safe at night.

The hotel has a bus station right by it. This can get you to a main station easily. There are supermarkets nearby, I saw a few within a 10 min walk. The staff seemed friendly to me.
My room was on a lower floor and it was very noisy at night. I heard ambulance sirens. The room furniture was old, it looked shabby, and needs a revamp.

i found several eating choices near the hotel plus a lidl was nearby. walking to london bridge station and the shard took about 25 minutes. the london eye was about a 45 minute walk, which i did. staff were professional, which i appreciated.
the furniture felt pretty basic and not very comfortable.
